Delivery unless otherwise stated is by Royal Mail signed for 1st Class delivery and is charged at the following :

Small parcel up to 1kg £4.40 

Small parcel up to 2kg £6.50

Medium parcel up to 1kg £6.70

Medium parcel up to 2kg £9.95

Medium parcel up to 5kg £16.85

Medium parcel up to 10kg £22.90

Medium parcel up to 20kg £34.40

We shall be under no liability for any delay caused or failure to deliver your products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be happy with your Farringdon and Forbes purchase however, should you need to return it you can do so within 14 working days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund the item should be returned in its original packaging and be in the same condition that you received it with no visible signs of wear and tear. Proof of purchase will be required.

You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs, please send a receipt if you wish us to reimburse you for your return postage alternatively, you can return it to one of our stores FREE of charge.

As soon as we receive your item we will email you to notify you of its return, we will inspect it and if your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original

We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit so please retain your proof of posting.


CANCELLATIONS

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if you change your mind within 14 days.


ONLINE PURCHASES

On-line purchases may either be posted or returned to our store at Resorts World. If you are returning goods other than those that are faulty unfortunately, the cost of delivery will not be met by Farringdon and Forbes Ltd. All goods requiring a refund on postage (subject to acceptance) MUST be sent using Royal Mailʼs standard delivery charge. Proof of posting should be retained in case of query.

If the goods you receive are faulty or damaged please telephone us immediately on 0121 767 5923.

Please return all packaging for further inspection.


CLICK & COLLECT

Orders placed on-line may be collected from one of our stores FREE of charge. Please email info@farringdonandforbes.com or call our customer services on 0121 767 5923 for our store opening hours.


GIFT CARD

These are available to order in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50, and £100 and are redeemable for goods purchased online or in store. Our gift cards are presented in a luxury handmade card and are sent by standard Royal Mail. For next day delivery please call our Customer Services.

The gift card may be used for full or part payment of goods purchased. Goods may be purchased at a higher value by paying the balance with an alternative payment method. No change will be given if the amount falls below that of the gift card value.

We will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse payment by a gift card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently.


ORDERS

We are happy to accept orders placed in store, online or over the phone provided you agree to pay 50% deposit to secure the goods. If goods are out of stock we will keep you updated and therefore request a valid email address. Goods will be delivered to the store for collection or delivery.


SALE ITEMS

Sale items are non-refundable however, should you need to return it you can do so within 7 working days from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange or credit note the item should be returned in its original packaging and be in the same condition that you received it with no visible signs of wear and tear.

FURNITURE ORDERS

Delivery on furniture orders will be arranged with the customer on an individual basis at the time of ordering and once confirmation is received that the goods are in stock. A fee may be charged depending on the goods ordered and the delivery address. We will always try and arrange to deliver your whole order in one delivery. We will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time/date when the goods are scheduled for delivery to our store at Resorts World.

Goods may be collected from our store by prior arrangement.


OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

Throughout the year we have various offers and discounts in store and online, these offers are restricted to ʻwhilst stock lastsʼ and we are not required to.


PERSONAL ENGRAVING

Goods purchased under our ʻpersonal engravingʼ cannot be returned/exchanged unless the goods are faulty.


SECURITY

The security of your personal information is important to us therefore, we do not store any debit or credit cards details on our systems and we will never knowingly share your details with any 3rd Parties unless we have your permission.


YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights act 2015 if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
